Placing an order
- Browse the Spaveda Plantscriptions Online Product page to make your purchase. When you have selected at the item you wish to order, enter the quantity you desire and click on “add to My cart”.
- When your order contains the items and quantities you wish to purchase, click on the “Proceed to Payment” link underneath your order.
- You will then be asked to provide us with your shipping and payment information. Please see below information on Payment Options available to you.
- Once you have successfully made your payment, and we have received the confirmation of the same, we will ship your order to you shortly. Please see below for information on our Shipping Policy at Delivery & Returns Policy.
- Product prices listed are current. However, these are subject to change without advance notice.
- All prices on this web site are processed in Indian Rupees.
- All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time of shipping.
- There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by Spaveda Plantscriptions. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.
- Our products are liable for GST in India. GST Rates are inclusive.
- Spaveda Plantscriptions are set up to take immediate orders online through the following modes of payment:
- Domestic and international credit cards issued by banks and institutions that are part of the Visa, and MasterCard Network.
- Visa Debit cards from select banks in India. A full list is available at the time of Check Out and prior to making payments for purchases
- Net Banking
- Cash on Delivery
- Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi by reputed courier agencies. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order.
- For domestic shipment: 3 business days. However in some cases we may take longer, up to 6to7 working days to ship the order.
- Order deliveries will be made between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Saturday; excluding public holidays.
- Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member. However Spaveda Plantscriptions takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
- Spaveda Plantscriptios is not responsible for damage after delivery.
- All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of the delivery.
- Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments
- It is Spaveda Plantscriptions intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund for any full priced unopened merchandise that is returned within 7 Days of the date of purchase.
